Many people now are into those crash dieting and weight loss programs that claim to trim you down by some 10 pounds in just a few days. It's not that those programs are not effective; however, it is still better to follow the good old ways of losing weight that are actually scientifically proven to work little-by-little. Try to get used to this amount of calorie first for a couple of days before making another cut. The weight loss process may be slow but most of it will be fat loss.
